AVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGE OF BEEN SHORT

Hi, Im Celia Im going to talk about being short. I think that Im a short person, I know that there are a lot of people shorter than me, some people think that it's a problem, I disagree with them, there are some avantages to being short for exemple when you wear high heels you aren't like a giraffe. Also, short people don't usually have any problems with their back but I underestand that there are some disadvantages like bad people can make fun of you because you are short and sometimes you can't reach something from a high shelf or a wardrobe.
But you have to think positive and know that it isn't important if you are tall or not, you are beautiful as you are.❤

Inline artistic skating is a new type of skating and many people do not know about it.
You can do inline figure skating individually, in pairs or in groups.

Inline artistic skating begans as an off-ice training alternative for ice figure skaters. But now, The International Roller Sports Federation has recognized it as artistic roller skating.

Inline figure skaters go to some international competitions, and they compete with people from over the world.

In competitions they wear a dress and they give theirselfes different hair styles, like braidsor something more special.

They do a short programme, about 3 minutes skating with some music, doing some jumps and different kind of spins.

Some judges evaluate you and after that they tell you the position in wich you have come.
It's a beautiful experience becouse you meet people from all over the world, and it's fantastic.

Advantages of the technology in teenagers lives

Advantages of the technoly in teenagers lives

Some teenagers use their technological devices to do bad things, but if they use them properly, they could have some advantages in their lives. These are some of them:

  1. Improve your creativity
Anyone who has got a computer or a smartphone, can produce and share work online. Many of these work, are photos, short stories and other visual arts.

  2. Communication
Many teenagers use their smartphones to speak with their friends and meet other people.

  3. Easier to do homework
You can use and of your devices to look for information you need, because on the Internet, there are lots of useful things.

For my part, I don’t have any social network, that’s why, I can’t share these types of work. But it doesn’t mean I’m not creative, because I can improve my creativity with other programmes, like ones for painting. I can communicate with other people with my mobile phone, because I can phone them or send them text messages. Also I have a computer, so it’s very useful for me, because I look for information I need or doubts I have.

That’s why, if teenagers use technology for good things, it would improve their lives.

Difficulties for Spanish ice skaters

Difficulties for Spanish people to train on ice.

In Spain there are only 8 ice rinks so there aren't many skaters in Spain. The bigger rinks are in Madrid, Andalucía and teh north of Spain. In the Valencian Community there are 2: one in Valencia and the other in Elche. They arebar as big as Madrid's but they're great. To train on a small rink has pros and cons. On one hand less people can train at the same time so you are with less people when you train, also when you go to a big rink you get more tired. Ono the other hand, the good feelings that you have when you go to a big rink to a competition and you see that youycan skate also in a big rink without getting very tired, are great. People that train on small rinks aren't sad because of the rink. Because if you train in the worst place, if you like what you do and you really want to practice it you can do it because you want.
